Thrilling Bakon is a salt- and smoke-cured plant protein with excellent stability across a wide range of temperatures, but it does require refrigeration, so we ship via 2-day air, with Bakon chilled to 33°F and packed with gel ice packs frozen to -4°F. Ice packs may melt by the time your order arrives and your Bakon may warm up, just as it would in your car coming home from the grocery store. This is normal in warm weather - just pop it in the fridge on arrival and you'll be set.
Order Quantities
Thrilling Bakon ships in three packs of individually wrapped 8oz units. Shipping for a single 3-pack is a flat $15 anywhere in the US, while 6, 9, and 12-packs ship for free!
With a 3–4 month shelf life in your fridge (see best-by date on the package), it's smart to save on shipping by stocking up.
Fulfillment Timing
Orders ship out every Monday-Wednesday except Holidays, via 2-day air. If you order by 12pm PST on a Mon-Wed, we'll usually ship that same day. Thur-Sunday orders will ship the following Monday.

I love the flavor and texture of this bacon! It really hits. The way it cooks and smells is very satisfying as well. My only wish is that it is to find an easy way to separate the slices in a way that they maintain their shape.
I can't get the blocks apart into even individual strips and I can't seem to get them cooked exactly right. They seem to always be overdone if they get to "crispy." So far, I'm not at all impressed. I have a couple more packages so maybe before they're used up, I will have discovered some magic formula but right now, I'm not at all a fan.
This might be the best meatless bacon I've ever had!
It's easy to overcook though, so I suggest that you err on the side of lower heat and longer cook times.
My only gripe is that it is sometimes difficult to separate the slices.
Great texture and flavor. Just need to add some olive oil to cook in the frying pan. The oven is best, on parchment paper.
This is my favorite vegan bakon! The texture can either be crispy or soft or somewhere in between, depending on your preference and how long you cook it. It is flavorful, with a kind of smoky, not too salty taste. And it's versatile! You can eat it just like that, use it in a sandwich , burrito or crumble it up on top of some pasta.
As far as my experience with ordering, I haven't had any issues. I've ordered twice in the last month and a half and the product arrives pretty quickly after being shipped out. The only thing is, if you order on a Thursday/Friday or over the weekend, they don't ship until tbe following Monday. The bakon itself did arrive cool and intact and although the cold packs were a mostly melted, there were no issues.
