Tastes pretty good. Easy to separate as long as you realize to use care. Online available instructions say you can do anything but microwave it, but only give instructions for pan frying and oven baking (not air fryer options) so I tried the oven. Ludicrous to actually use parchment paper...although I did, because this stuff is EXPENSIVE...and while an instructional video suggested times and getting it to "eyebrow," the example looked the same as the less-cooked option. After max time I took it out (20 min) and the consensus was it would have been better left in longer. That's a long time for some fake bacon, but it had a really great smokey taste and next pack I'll crank the heat up to the max range and leave it in even longer to see...the whole "eyebrow" thing is nonsense...just say a temp and a time!!

I was not impressed with the taste, and in addition, there is way too much pepper for my liking.
The product is good, but the texture and taste feel more like smoked TOFU and it is pretty hard after cooking.
It was worth every penny.I made a bakon avocado tomato lettuce as soon as I received my order.totally delicious.today there will be a cobb salad. Plant based of coarse.
I have been ordering from this company for a couple of years. Each order continues to improve in flavor and handling. I am a loyal customer. I'm hoping the company becomes popular enough that my local grocery store will begin to carry the product.
We made our first BLT and it was great.
I was very skeptical but wanted to try the Bakon before making an assumption. Well let me tell you - it's incredible! I love how it looks so much like bacon. The taste is spot on. I've had it plain, just for snacking on. I've had a super yummy BLT. I chopped it up and fried it into a tofu scramble and it was so delicious. I am so happy I took the plunge and bought the Bakon. I'm the only plant-based eater in my house so I have 6 packs all to myself. I plan to savor every single slice until my next order.
