Thrilling Bakon is a salt- and smoke-cured plant protein with excellent stability across a wide range of temperatures, but it does require refrigeration, so we ship via 2-day air, with Bakon chilled to 33°F and packed with gel ice packs frozen to -4°F. Ice packs may melt by the time your order arrives and your Bakon may warm up, just as it would in your car coming home from the grocery store. This is normal in warm weather - just pop it in the fridge on arrival and you'll be set.
Order Quantities
Thrilling Bakon ships in three packs of individually wrapped 8oz units. Shipping for a single 3-pack is a flat $15 anywhere in the US, while 6, 9, and 12-packs ship for free!
With a 3–4 month shelf life in your fridge (see best-by date on the package), it's smart to save on shipping by stocking up.
Fulfillment Timing
Orders ship out every Monday-Wednesday except Holidays, via 2-day air. If you order by 12pm PST on a Mon-Wed, we'll usually ship that same day. Thur-Sunday orders will ship the following Monday.

I have bought this product several times. Loved every single order. This last order was received completely thawed. I have been emailing the company, but no one has gotten back to me. I understand weather and shipping company are more to blame, but I would like resolution via a representative response.

Placed my order on the 18th of May and did not receive it until June 4th. I sent two emails to thrilling on May 21st and again on May 26th inquiring on status of my order, but never received a response.
i love the product, but in my last shipment 1/3 packs was not airtight when it arrived. i contacted the store and they indicated it should still be good to eat, assuming it became unsealed at the time of packaging? because the shipment is only a couple of days. that made me feel a little uneasy, as I think most companies would have just refunded for the cost of the improperly sealed pack.
