disappointed. hard to divide strips. We increased the temp and time and still wasn't crispy. Not a very credible bacon taste.
Very, very faint smoke flavor, very little salt and generally bland tasting. Tried several times to separate into individual slices but just came apart in chunks. Texture when cooked not bad, Don't plan to purchase again especially at this price.
The Bakon is delicious! And so easy to prepare. I am thrilled that it is also gluten free!
I thought it was very good. It is pricey. And it is hard to separate the pieces. I also thought the color should be a little bit more red/ brown instead of orange. But overall the flavor was good and texture not too bad. I would buy it again
My vegetarian spouse could not believe that this was vegetarian. I was also amazed as I had just prepared some real bacon and had a very hard time distinguishing between the two. Will definitely purchase again!
Hello I was impressed with the flavor of the bacon.
However input it in fridge as soon as it arrived and I am having a hard time pulling it an apart without it breaking up. Any suggestions?
I tried both the pan fried and then oven method hoping for a better outcome 100% per directions. Would not recommend or purchase again.

I'm taking off a star because for the very high price point, we expected good customer service but found none. Not even bad one. We reached after placing the order accidentally with Google Express and didn't see the high shipping cost. We still wanted the order but increase the amount to make the shipping worth and stock up a bit. Never received a response.

I can’t say enough good things about Thrilling Foods’ Bakon. We started out buying an 8oz pack from a health food store near where we were vacationing. I then started driving 25 miles to the closest retailer just to get it. We loved it so much that we went ahead and ordered the 6 lbs!
In case anyone is wondering, you definitely CAN freeze it and then thaw what you think you’ll use that week. It cooks and tastes just as good!
Another pro-tip: If you find that it breaks apart when you are separating pieces, just let it warm up a bit after taking it out of the fridge and then separate with a dull-edged butter knife. It works like a charm!

I’ve been buying since they were at the Beaverton market and they are the best vegan bakon I have ever had. Slightly expensive but worth it, especially when you buy more to get the free shipping.
Package was delayed and arrived HOT, it was 80 degrees that day. Not at all safe to eat. Both messages requesting a refund or replacement have been ignored so far.
