I was very skeptical but wanted to try the Bakon before making an assumption. Well let me tell you - it's incredible! I love how it looks so much like bacon. The taste is spot on. I've had it plain, just for snacking on. I've had a super yummy BLT. I chopped it up and fried it into a tofu scramble and it was so delicious. I am so happy I took the plunge and bought the Bakon. I'm the only plant-based eater in my house so I have 6 packs all to myself. I plan to savor every single slice until my next order.
