I've been vegan for 8 years now and used to be a huge bacon lover. This is the closest to bacon that I've found in the vegan space. So good!

Hello I was impressed with the flavor of the bacon.
However input it in fridge as soon as it arrived and I am having a hard time pulling it an apart without it breaking up. Any suggestions?
