Non-GMO Soybeans
Sourced from a family farm in central Iowa, our soybeans are carefully ground in our production plant to create the whole-food protein at the heart of Bakon™.

Certified-Sustainable Palm Oil
Palm Oil gives our Bakon™ its delicious sizzle and renders out when cooking, just like pork bacon. Palm oil is one of the best sources of plant fat on earth, but it's often harvested in ways that are environmentally devastating. That's why we use only RSPO-certified palm oil, ensuring that wild habitats are preserved.
Nutritional Yeast
Responsible for the delightful umami flavor that Bakon™ fans know and love.
Citric Acid
A natural preservative best known for its role in citrus fruits, we blend it with soymilk into create the delectable long chains of tofu curds that form the heart of Bakon.™
Natural Food Color
Pure radish and paprika extracts provide Bakon's™ distinctive pinkish hue, ensuring an impeccable appearance on any BLT, burger or anywhere else.
Sea salt
Salt! The most ancient of spices. We carefully source ours to get just the right level of coarseness for our authentic, old-world salt cure.
Maple Syrup
Grown on an organic farm in northern Vermont, maple syrup gives Bakon™ just the slightest hint of sweetness.
Black Pepper
As a final step in our patented process, we add carefully cracked black pepper to our cured Bakon™ to round out and enhance the flavor experience. Enjoy!
